From the moment Harry called to do our plan we knew this was the company we wished to invest our money in. We just had our kitchen completely remodelled and installed by Kevin and his team and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From design to building work to installation, the service was fantastic. I’d shopped around with a few different companies but only Wirral Kitchens made us feel like they were genuinely interested in our ideas and keen to find ways to deliver what we wanted, down the smallest details – Harry’s patience as we chopped and changed our minds in the design stage was amazing! Great service from planning stage to installation. Unfortunately we chose our kitchen just before lockdown but Kevin kept us posted throughout with our revised fitting date, so we didn’t feel forgotten. We wanted every aspect of the job co-ordinated for us – tiling, plastering, electrics, gas, plumbing and fitting – Kevin and his team including Harry, Mike, Andy and Phil amongst others, were professional and friendly and provided us with exactly what we wanted. The work ran seamlessly from start to finish with each individual job running back to back and on schedule with any last minute changes or small problems being dealt with right away. Had a kitchen fitted about 3 years ago. Very pleased with the package offered by Kevin and the fitting by Mike & Andy. Recently there was a minor issue with one of the doors. Spoke to Harry in the office who organised the repair. Mike & Andy came out and assessed the issue & came back 2 days later with the relevant part. At the same time all other doors were checked and adjusted if required. Brilliant service! Would recommend.

Any small snags that needed fixing were sorted out straight away and our new kitchen is stunning. We would highly recommend this company, we received excellent service from our first visit to the completion of the installation of our kitchen. Harry was very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating and no changes we requested were too much trouble. The fitters Andy and Mike were fabulous so skilled and professional and made what is a very stressful process much more relaxing for us, giving constant reassurance. We were given a schedule of when things would be happening, before the installation began which was pretty much adhered to, great project management. Everything was fitted within the original time scale. The flooring is lovely and the quality of the appliances is superb. We feel that we have had good value for our money and are extremely happy with our new kitchen. We had a minor issue after completion which was resolved very quickly so consider their aftercare service excellent. We would advise anyone to use this company. When we moved to Wirral from the Midlands our kitchen cupboards were good quality but the flooring, work surfaces and tiling were tired and worn. We are more than delighted with the finished project. We couldn’t fault any part of the process from Harry’s first visit to Dave and Pete’s exceptional craftsmanship when dealing with changes to plumbing etc and Kevin’s patience when we changed plans. Then Tom’s finishing touch with the Karndean flooring. Job included: Remove tiles and re-plaster New undemount sink and tap, quartz worksurface and upstands. New vent hood and induction hob Replace fridge freezer and install dishwasher. New Karndean flooring. The before and after pictures don’t do it justice it really does look like a totally new kitchen!
