From design to building work to installation, the service was fantastic. I’d shopped around with a few different companies but only Wirral Kitchens made us feel like they were genuinely interested in our ideas and keen to find ways to deliver what we wanted, down the smallest details – Harry’s patience as we chopped and changed our minds in the design stage was amazing! The building work and installation was meticulous, clean, professional and friendly – they were a pleasure to have around. The cherry on the cake was the very competitive pricing for a premium kitchen. We are so happy with the result – thank you Kevin!

Had a kitchen fitted about 3 years ago. Very pleased with the package offered by Kevin and the fitting by Mike & Andy. Recently there was a minor issue with one of the doors. Spoke to Harry in the office who organised the repair. Mike & Andy came out and assessed the issue & came back 2 days later with the relevant part. At the same time all other doors were checked and adjusted if required. Brilliant service! Would recommend.

From the moment Harry called to do our plan we knew this was the company we wished to invest our money in. Great service from planning stage to installation. Unfortunately we chose our kitchen just before lockdown but Kevin kept us posted throughout with our revised fitting date, so we didn’t feel forgotten. Overall we’re more than happy with the finished result. Craig the fitter was very professional and did an amazing job. Would have no hesitation in recommending Wirral Kitchens.

Excellent service from the first visit! No pressuring at all and we were free to view everything on show, from flooring, work tops and flooring designs. Decided upon our design, with Kevin popping in the following week to measure up and to prepare a 3D image of the design as it would look in our kitchen. A couple of changes were needed, and then the final drawing arrived. Spot on based on our needs and initial design. Good advice was given to us during that process, and any cost implications made clear from the outset and before we decided. Quality of the cabinets, work areas and the high level oven and electromagnetic conducting hob was superb. All fitted within the timescale we had agreed. Kevin worked superbly with our fitter with only one problem arising. The fitted sink unit didn’t look right to us, and so Kevin helped us decide the replacement. However, as we not living in the property at the time and very busy with family stuff; somehow our eyesight had been damaged, lol. When viewing the sink the second time, it was clearly the correct unit as we had ordered! Kevin and Harry were very understanding when we offered grovelling apologies for our error. All in all, an excellent experience of what can often be very stressful with any building changes. Worth every penny!! We have no hesitation in recommending Wirral Kitchens to anyone wanting a quality kitchen.

We would highly recommend this company, we received excellent service from our first visit to the completion of the installation of our kitchen. Harry was very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating and no changes we requested were too much trouble. The fitters Andy and Mike were fabulous so skilled and professional and made what is a very stressful process much more relaxing for us, giving constant reassurance. We were given a schedule of when things would be happening, before the installation began which was pretty much adhered to, great project management. Everything was fitted within the original time scale. The flooring is lovely and the quality of the appliances is superb. We feel that we have had good value for our money and are extremely happy with our new kitchen. We had a minor issue after completion which was resolved very quickly so consider their aftercare service excellent. We would advise anyone to use this company.
