When we moved to Wirral from the Midlands our kitchen cupboards were good quality but the flooring, work surfaces and tiling were tired and worn. We are more than delighted with the finished project. We couldn’t fault any part of the process from Harry’s first visit to Dave and Pete’s exceptional craftsmanship when dealing with changes to plumbing etc and Kevin’s patience when we changed plans. Then Tom’s finishing touch with the Karndean flooring. Job included: Remove tiles and re-plaster New undemount sink and tap, quartz worksurface and upstands. New vent hood and induction hob Replace fridge freezer and install dishwasher. New Karndean flooring. The before and after pictures don’t do it justice it really does look like a totally new kitchen!

Excellent service from the first visit! No pressuring at all and we were free to view everything on show, from flooring, work tops and flooring designs. Decided upon our design, with Kevin popping in the following week to measure up and to prepare a 3D image of the design as it would look in our kitchen. A couple of changes were needed, and then the final drawing arrived. Spot on based on our needs and initial design. Good advice was given to us during that process, and any cost implications made clear from the outset and before we decided. Quality of the cabinets, work areas and the high level oven and electromagnetic conducting hob was superb. All fitted within the timescale we had agreed. Kevin worked superbly with our fitter with only one problem arising. The fitted sink unit didn’t look right to us, and so Kevin helped us decide the replacement. However, as we not living in the property at the time and very busy with family stuff; somehow our eyesight had been damaged, lol. When viewing the sink the second time, it was clearly the correct unit as we had ordered! Kevin and Harry were very understanding when we offered grovelling apologies for our error. All in all, an excellent experience of what can often be very stressful with any building changes. Worth every penny!! We have no hesitation in recommending Wirral Kitchens to anyone wanting a quality kitchen.

From the moment Harry called to do our plan we knew this was the company we wished to invest our money in. Had a kitchen fitted about 3 years ago. Very pleased with the package offered by Kevin and the fitting by Mike & Andy. Recently there was a minor issue with one of the doors. Spoke to Harry in the office who organised the repair. Mike & Andy came out and assessed the issue & came back 2 days later with the relevant part. At the same time all other doors were checked and adjusted if required. Brilliant service! Would recommend.
